Delivery Conditions
We deliver exclusively within the delivery areas selectable in our webshop.
Orders outside the delivery area can only be picked up at our store.
Within the delivery area, the current delivery charges as stated in the webshop apply.

Order Times
Via the webshop: order until 11:00 PM for delivery the next day.
Via e-mail: order until 3:00 PM for delivery the next day.
Special or large orders: place your order at least 3 days in advance.

Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. Preferred delivery times can be indicated in the comments during checkout, but these are indicative and not binding.
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address. If delivery is not possible, a message will be left. The order can then be picked up at our store within one hour after the delivery attempt.
Absence at the agreed time does not entitle the customer to a refund or reduction of delivery costs.
